- Although this listing is on a property that contains multiple units, a sense of privacy is maintained and guests report that "you barely feel anybody is there honestly."
- Electricity and water are included up to $15 USD/day. (Historical average guests utility consumption is $8.22/day). If your average daily consumption exceeds $15/day over the course of your stay, we reserve the right to charge back the difference. A meter reading will be taken at Checkin & Check out. We have never needed to charge utilities from a guest.
